What we collect

When you contact us through this website we receive the details you enter: name, email, phone, your message and, if you tick it, your consent to receive our newsletter.

Why

To answer your request and, where you consented, to send you property news. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and, for the newsletter, your consent.

Who processes it

The website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives contact-form submissions. Newsletters are sent through Brevo. Your details are stored in our customer records.

How long

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship. Newsletter consent lasts until you unsubscribe (every newsletter has an unsubscribe link).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@thebluefinder.com. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
